Grand Officers Day 2006

Me thinks that it is awesome to be

For these girls work together like a well oiled machine

even without a recent shipment of GLEAM!

What a marvelous day we had this year at Grand Officers Day! The girls worked well into the wee hours Friday night ...perfecting ritual, floor work, and drills ... but hard work and perseverance paid off on Saturday afternoon as the Amazing Mayzies performed a perfect day of ritual and floor work.

It was a beautiful afternoon with great Fall weather  when  over 100 people packed the Assembly room in Nashua. The day started off with a very lively drill- and of course it would have to be LIVELY if it is NH Rainbow!  Ashley and her corps of officers welcomed in two new members into NH Rainbow, and then preformed a special tribute to a very surprised State Dad Woody.

After an equally ambitious closing drill the Grand Officers and all guests in attendance headed upstairs to enjoy some really yummy refreshments. Each guest was tasked to write there own special 'THINK' on kites, and it was fun to see what wild and crazy 'Thinks' they all came up with. Be sure to watch for those "Thinks' at Grand Assembly in July.
