The Cat in the Hat OV

Hold on to your hats for here comes that pesky Cat! The Rochester Masonic Hall was the site for the second OV of the year hosted by Rochester and Exeter Assemblies.

There was hardly any sitting room as we watched and waited to see what the Cat in the Hat had in store for us all. The afternoon started off with a drill done together by both assemblies.

Exeter assembly showed us all how well they could  rhyme their time away during a Grand Assembly meeting. Even though the fish said it would not be prudent.... Thing 1&2 won out and got the girls to enjoy a little mischievous fun while Mom Savage was not looking!!! It is ok to have fun in a box every once in a while!

During break-time we all got to stretch our muscles and exercise our hearts while Jenny T showed us all how to dance to "Dancing Queen". Even Daddy Paul got in on the action!

Next it was time for Rochester  to do their rendition of the Cat in the Hat story. I just can not believe that so much happens when Mom Hubbard leaves the room for a few minutes! I think we all went back to our own assemblies to check and see if our Altar is hollow too!

Afterwards a delicious buffet of food and beverage was served in the dining room. Certainly everyone had fun with u in the middle on that day!
