Green Eggs and Ham OV

The last visitation of the year was certainly a story of persistence!  Goffstown and Derry Assemblies are small assemblies that worked very hard for months on this delightful event held in Goffstown on April 22nd. After a postponement due to bad weather and a change to a different date- they over came changes to schedules and performed their skits admirably.

The program started with a cute skit about hats done by both assemblies. Maria had fun chasing around everyone who kept taking away her hat.... even the littlest one! Eventually she found a hat which is most most meaningful to all girls- that of a WA Crown.

We all learned improvised 'sign language' as Mom Hotchkiss recited the story of Green Eggs and Ham. That was truly fun and much laughter was heard throughout the room!

The fun continued as the assemblies took the book one step further and taught everyone  that it is GOOD to try new things and that persistence does pay off! Then all had a great time dancing with one another at the end of the OV at a Green Eggs and Ham party!
