Grand Officer Installation, 2002

Sunday, July 7, 2002 was the Installation of Grand Officers of New Hampshire. Alice in Wonderland escorted in our Supreme Deputy to start out the Installation. The Installing Suite was announced as follows:

Gavel Ceremony: Brain Smith, Past Master, Rising Sun #39 F&AM Nashua NH

Crowning Ceremony: Jennifer Phillips, Past Grand Worthy Advisor

Flag Tribute: Robert Bianchi, District Education Officer 2^nd Masonic District

Benediction: Susan Douglas, Grand Marshal, OES

     The NH Mad Hatters were installed with beautiful ritual by the Installing Officers. At the Installation, Tracey Smith GWA spoke about her charity, the 32˚ Scottish Rite Masonic Learning Center. This center helps children with the learning disorder Dyslexia. Tracey, who has conquered her own learning difficulties is now an English Major. With New Hampshire Rainbow, Tracey wants to sponsor a child. This cost $5,000, and she believes that NH Rainbow will be able to earn that and more through Wreath Sales, a Silent Auction and the Wonderland Ball. Also to help the Learning Center , our Honored Stattion- Grand Service will be encouraging the collection throughout the state of new and like new books for 3^rd to 5^th grade reading levels that can be used by the center.
