Rainbow prepares girls for life!

For over 80 years, The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls has helped girls in the Nashua area to become strong, confident leaders. Through an integration of community service with fun and leadership-focused programs, girls are challenged with responsibility, encouraged to serve their communities, and taught valuable lessons of love and sisterhood.

What is Rainbow?

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a non-profit youth service organization for girls ages 11 to 20. It teaches the virtues of leadership, patriotism, strength of character, respect for nature, cooperation, and service to others.

Our Rainbow organizations are led by the girls, and are supported by a dedicated group of adult advisors. Through Rainbow, girls are supported to be themselves without fear or judgement, while being given the tools to help them uncover the women they will become.

The Pledge (8-10) and Sparkle (6-7) Groups give younger girls the chance to participate in Rainbow activities, earning awards and having lots of fun along the way.
